  • Designed for men and women in helping professions who are looking for accountability & community in their fitness without sacrificing flexibility.

  • 5 weekly workouts are provided through the Trainerize app, including gym-based and at-home options. Workouts are 30-45 minutes. At-home workouts require one pair of dumbbells.

  • Connect on Zoom with your cohort & Coach Tim every other week for check-ins, coaching, and encouragement.

  • $75 per month for 3 months/12 weeks, or $200 if paying for 12 weeks upfront ($25 savings).

  • May 5 - July 27th, 2025
